Ilsa Powers is not just your average huge female bodybuilder. She's also captain at a South Central Los Angeles Police Department. She's strong, she's cruel, and she takes a particular delight in doing interrogations. She also has her fans in the office - fans who report to her - like little Timmy, a sergeant who would do everything for her, and loves to watch his captain interrogating suspects. In this story, she's confronted with a silent Marcus "Foulmouth" Medina. Captain Ilsa doesn't even bother to turn off the interrogation room's camera (her session might turn up some good video imagery which her fans can use) when she starts questioning Marcus.
